HALO INFINITE
STOREFRONT
THE CHALLENGE
Halo Infinite needed a storefront that made multiplayer cosmetics easy to discover, understand, and purchase, while supporting an evolving offering system across post-launch seasons/operations.

MY ROLE
I owned the visual design and interaction patterns for the storefront, its child screens, and supporting widgets. Across six post-launch seasons/operations, I also designed additional features, including:
-
the currency wallet
-
storefront scrolling
-
mini-item tiles
-
pop-up/quick inspection
-
bundle item counts
-
both Credits (CR) and Spartan Points (SP) currency symbols

DESIGN APPROACH
I developed a flexible tile and widget system within a pre-established layout grid in engine. The tiles were designed to communicate key information including item name, price, type, rarity, and ownership, while maintaining consistent visual states across the storefront.

I collaborated closely with UX, Engineering, and Tech Design to account for interaction requirements and engine constraints. I also prototyped widget states and motion to communicate implementation requirements through precise visual specifications.

EXECUTION
I componentized storefront widgets and created responsive, dimensionally accurate base components and high-resolution Figma compositions for implementation.

To support ongoing content production, I created Photoshop templates, Actions, and step-by-step guidelines for resizing and exporting hundreds of item offering assets consistently.

THE RESULT
The released storefront gave players a cohesive way to discover and understand cosmetic offerings. Scrolling expanded the amount and variety of content that could be presented, while unique storefronts such as the Exchange provided alternative ways for players to acquire cosmetics.
The screen captures below display the released storefront (plus related screens and features) across multiple seasons/operations.

Below is a low-resolution capture of the final components and base screen examples I visualized in Figma (this work does not show work in progress).
